Cranio sacral therapy is a deeply relaxing holistic treatment that aims to help your body and mind heal from physical, emotional, mental or spiritual dis-ease or trauma. Another word for trauma could be tension, or an area of the body that feels stuck or tight, lacking in flow and movement. We all have various tensions simply from being alive and these can be stored in our subconscious memory and cells.
During the treatment you remain fully clothed whilst Susie tunes into your system and gently places her hands on your body, which could include connecting to your head, spine or feet, or indeed any other area of the body. During the treatment Susie connects intuitively and sensitively to the many subtle energy systems that are in continuous motion. These systems can indicate the potency of our health and well-being and can be felt like waves or tides. In meeting the system with spaciousness and deep listening the client’s system can then unravel and reorganise in a more balanced spacious way.
